Yeah I agree Literary classic are pretty boring in comparison to most modern Epic Fantasy novels.
Wish we go to read more interesting stuff in high school, and college, than "The Pearl"

Anyway, I just finished Black Company - Books of the South and have to say its REALLY disappointing. Don't feel like reading the final chronicles. I loved the first books tho

I tried reading Freud, but I think 99% of his stuff is bullshit, but On Dreams was kinda cool I tried analyzing some of the dreams I had that I could remember and some of them were spot on with his theories, others weren't even close. It's all up to your interpretation, even Freud argued against some of his own work's validity. |

Almost forgot to recommend the Harry Potter series, way better than the movies. Just saying. The movies are too truncated and assume that you've read the books. They really don't make tons of sense if you haven't read the corresponding book first. |
