and to further illustrate my point about stats and how they relate to games, i will make it a little clearer so your minibrain can handle it:

if one team picks TROW TERRIES every time, while another team in a separate match picks CREEP CTF every time... GUESS which team is gonna have 1 or 2 players with 300 dmg, 20 kills - 0 losses, and which team is going to have 1 or 2 players with perhaps 100 dmg, 12 kills - 5 losses. Do you see NOW how this fucks up the ratios/dmg per game stats? jesus *cruisering* christ... as if I really had to explain that.

There is nothing new suggested here like I told you Vasa. The home maps idea has been used like over a decade ago already and it doesn't change anything. The maps would still be mostly fr, terries, lmoth, koth, assassin and stampede since there's a reason why that is. Ball games and hunting are garbage. The maps would still be chosen from the exact same map pool.

The only way it would change anything would be if you choose hilariously bad maps like Clash assassin that you suggested a few days ago. Nobody wants that to happen.

Grim in the QR1 There are 3 games of flag rally out of 5. What is that all about; isn't it too excessive? There isn't a single KOTH game in the whole QR, is it possible to replace one fr with koth?

different maps would be played by different teams within the same round, this would completely *cruiser* up statistics tracking and not allow teams to prepare for the opposing team's pick. given that the scoring has been changed from the traditional points based system, it would at least not affect that, but it is still a stupid idea. you have no experience running (or even participating) in tournaments, so leave the thinking to those that do.

Like I said in the first page of this thread. If you have some good map suggestions (aka actually suggest something) they can make it in.

Suggest a good koth map, because there's hardly any of them.
