In fact i think we are all incredibly thankful to grim for hosting MWCs
All I'm trying to say is that i've got suggestions that might make it better.
This is all meant to be constructive but some people are beginning to get derogatory.

Adren I know the basic theme of map suggestions by players would have been discussed in the past, however I do believe that I could contribute new ideas on how to tackle this issue.
Only some people would be dumb enough to believe that nothing changes in 6 years.
Once again, I repeat, if you're being unpleasant, keep it to yourself. I'm sure the majority of the people here don't want the mwc forums to be a bunch of people arguing with each other.

this is the mwc community, not a mormon settlement. flame wars have always been a popular aspect of the forums. clearly this is your first mwc or you wouldn't be making such a naive statement. and no, you have no "new ideas". many far smarter people than you have crafted mwc into what it is today, and many far smarter people than you have also come up with "new ideas". get your head out of your ass and come back to reality.

When adren got retired, he meant quite literately being put in a retirement home. i have never been retired by anyone, moron. get that through your thick, retarded skull. and vihaan: Think about the other implications your "original idea" of teams each choosing a map would have. different maps would be played by different teams within the same round, this would completely *cruiser* up statistics tracking and not allow teams to prepare for the opposing team's pick. given that the scoring has been changed from the traditional points based system, it would at least not affect that, but it is still a stupid idea. you have no experience running (or even participating) in tournaments, so leave the thinking to those that do. "us who actually care about mwc"? LOL shut the *cruiser* up you dumb newbie. this is your first mwc ever. don't play the *cruisering* care card here. ya, i'm 31. get over it. i was 16 or 17 when i started playing this game... which would mean i'm probably at about the median age of old-school mythers. what a *cruisering* revelation! in contrast, your teammate JAHRAL is like... 60. don't be hating just because you were too young for the "mature" rating when myth came out. |

i haven't heard any complaints about the maps except for you... a complete newbie to the mwc scene.
and as for stats... i refer to individual stats. if each team doesnt play the same maps, the stats get skewed. now shut the *cruiser* up, you are a waste of time.

I'm sure many people around here prefer not to have every alternate game they play as fr or stampede.
Different maps don't matter, if you're good, you'll get good kill/loss ratios whichever mesh you play, idiot.
The only thing that might be different is the total damage, and that is a retarded argument; count on Adren for trying to get max total damage to earn a few bucks fro himself from the prize money, little carebear.
Eventually it boils down to whether people take mwc superseriously and care about stats and shit, or whether they want mwc to be a fun, friendly occasion where they can compete as well.
Jesus christ Adren this is a *cruisering* 13 year old game quit being so picky. If we can make this fun then we should make it fun.
And lastly, since I'm a waste of time, i suggest you stfu and go troll somewhere else, and let the people who actually want to make a difference can discuss stuff in peace.
