Ska did cap the last game of the match, which was the only game he played in the match. To say we don't have the same vibe after TWO meaningless QR matches is retarded. The core of the team is essentially the same, minus EW. Yes his absence is felt, for sure... but we have enough depth in our roster that it's not that much of an issue. We still have an awesome captain, 3 big hitters, and a bevy of top-notch role players. I personally think we have a very well balanced, championship caliber team. If you want a basketball analogy, we are the OKC Thunder to your Miami Heat.

more like the pacers or grizzlies
edit: at tops, the spurs
to say NC is in OKC or Heat format would be lulz

The hell are you saying? Adren, Shai, Ska, Sam, Limp is a good lineup though honestly I'd be trying to replace limp whenever possible on a better roster and sam is a spaz. Shai is the only one there with any real game sense and his care has bottom ended into a black hole. Auggy could be a decent roleplayer or even better but it would take a long time and lots of high quality practice games. Blade at full care/power is just units standing still more or less. The rest are worthless additions for various reasons.
The boston whatever team looked pretty bad when someone had a list with wwo etc on it, dunno how accurate it was. Grim says it's good though so we'll just believe him. Grim's team is overall way deeper than NC though the care is at zero as well, pretty much depends on them showing up.
Wait yeah I guess that NC roster are technically contenders, jesus this tournament is bad.
Someone should put Myrk on grim's team so people get motivated.

NC minus cu is like The Sopranos minus Tony Soprano.

Tony is totally dead, so many hints make it obvious.

"The care is zero"
sure tb.
yet some of these players have played 8+ years of mwc instead of finding a new summer hobby. hrm.
grizzlies and pacers no, perhaps that is more suited to r3. nc is looking spurs or heat though. you could argue 'my team' is around that spurs/heat area. mwc05 champs are looking OKC.

The analogy was referring to well-rounded (OKC) vs. star-studded (Miami).

You really think Myth is at this point their primary hobby? I hear tell karma has forgone watching antique roadshow replays with his girlfriend just to participate, you may be onto something.

The analogy was referring to well-rounded (OKC) vs. star-studded (Miami). star-studded? more like flop-studded (miami) sure theres lebron and wade, who are 'stars', yet lebron could never make the cut in his two finals appearances so far, wade is dirty none the less but would had no answer for avery bradley in his sophmore year in the NBA, if bradley wasn't injured the celtics would probably be in the finals to lose to OKC. after that ... Bosh? haslem ? chalmers, turiaf, miller, pittman, battier? smh. it will be a miracle if the heat win this year. OKC 'well rounded', but star-studded, in fact probably far more star-studded than the heat; a bunch of young players with potential to take the cup multiple times. not to mention : 6-man player of the year james harden. perk has a ring, fisher has rings, theres experience. ibaka, westbrook, harden, perk, durant. backed up by fisher, collison and sefoloshia? if eric maynor was around these would be even more potential baby rape. jesus there was no way any team in the EAST could contend with these guys, by chance maybe the heat, bullz or celtics; but i doubt it. cheers to another year of lebron with no rings, myrk is still more comparable to AI than lebron tho. just lul, OKC is OP not 'well rounded'. a well rounded team is a team like the pacers, the chi-bulls, LA Laks, the new denver team and LA Clips. meanwhile 8+ years of mwc statement still holds ground.

Afraid it doesn't. Also, I think you mean "holds water," a statement holding ground makes no sense.

Here's a dirty secret guys:
Jotun has always sucked. He's like Asmo with 4X ego, and the same level of skill. (I may be insulting Asmo here. Asmo - if you're better than him, feel free to amend this statement.) He just barks so loud that folks deluded themselves into thinking he was good. Just like he deluded himself into thinking that he was an actual member of GTM, and not one of the shit adds Ruin placed on the roster when some bored guy gave him access to GTM on playmyth.
