I eat whole large pizza's alone. Build Fat stores, and then turn the fat into muscle, with this new pill called fat2muscle.

i also eat large pizzas and anything i want generally as long as its not fast food except jack in the box, chic fila, kfc, and chipotle because their shit is delicious and ill eat it all day
lift weights around the house, mainly curls. *cruiser* abs and lower body that shits for fags. then i go run in houston weather for 20 minutes where the humidity factor makes the cardio relative to running for 1.5 hours anywhere thats not called houston.
ive gained 10 lbs and gone up two waist sizes, but im sure this regiment has a lot of variance so my weight should taper down soon
