Loose change... Don't agree with all of it but it raises some very good points Don't agree with all of it? The makers of it even said themselves the film was a complete fabrication in its entirety. But you don't agree with all of it, only half the lies they made up, right?. lol, okay, another brilliant honkey moment...

Nice! I'm always on the lookout for new documentaries to watch.
One of my favorites is "Reel Injun," about the role of Native Americans throughout the history of Hollywood. Both hilarious and thought-provoking.
Also, "Freakonomics" (based on the book) is also very enjoyable.

^ A fantastic documentary that outlines the long history of mars colonization efforts and the ongoing lobbying that continues to promote the project. One can also see all of the usual fallacies in favour of mars colonization trotted out: 1) prevent civilization decline, 2) analogous to 1492, 3) will spur new technological growth 4) can be done "cheaply" 5) is "logical" first step to eventual construction of human space empire, 6) will generate greater peace and harmony on earth, etc The unspoken assumption, the one I am most critical of, is of course this: 7) humans (mainly, Americans, Russians, Chinese and Europeans) have a god given right to colonize the solar system. One can see that Zubrin himself is a psychopath totally mesmerized by the chaotic events of his youth, including predominately the decline of the Apollo program: for example, his "solution" on the Mars Direct mission for solar radiation flares is to "shelter" inside a radiation shield onboard the ship. This is literally the exact solution proposed by Kim Stanley Robinson in Red Mars; minus the ethical debates: 365daysofastronomy.org/2009/03/30/march-30th/
