*Tcox is now disqualified for dummying and refusing the give up the dummiers name. In case TW still wants to play Tcox today and give them a chance, they are allowed to. It's up to them. Even if TW loses this they are still allowed to continue and play SP this friday (or some other time if they reschedule it) if they so wish. However in regards to TW:
*Father Xmas is barred from playing this weekend due to giving in game advices while being an observer. In the unlikely scenario of TW advancing through this weekend, he can play again. See Blade & Ew scenario from 2011.
*As for TW playing with 7 vs 3 players, that's something Tcox shoulda noticed at the time of the game and tell them to stop. And to cut a long argument short, yes: dummying is worse and capital punishment worthy crime as it has always been.
The tldr; part.
1) Really, it just boggles me why people get mad at the TO when someone gets caught dummying. It's like a murderer being caught and the victim's family would get mad at the cops who caught the murderer. If you want to be mad at someone, be mad at Flatline and the person who was dummying as Cave as they are responsible for this.
2) How do I know it's Flatline (although it doesn't matter, coulda been another tcox member. The important thing is that there's no way in hell they didn't "know" that it wasn't cave)? Well, lets start with the fact that I know flatline. I've even played with him in multiple tournies and he talks about getting dummies pretty much in all of those tournaments if necessary. He is a known dummier and has a history of doing it.
This is a quote from himself earlier from this tournament:
"Your exploits are practically a legend in the community." — Melekor
"i think he's pretty key for this squad depending on his actions cuz he'll go out of the ordinary and even on the outliers influencing this tournament from every angle; instead of participating within a linear dimension of the tournament. " — Paris
"Forget Flatline, and Red phoenix Zak is where your money should be at." — Grim
Heh what forum or whatever did the last quote come from?
If it's talking about sheer amount of dummying in tourneys I pretty sure i did more of that than RP. and probably more than zak. At least in the years 1999-2003/4 anyway. After that i "sort" of stopped bothering. But i dummied a hell of a lot in tourneys between 99 and 2003 or so. More so than anybody else I can think of. RP dummied quite a lot but not as much as me.
If i thought about it for a bit and stretched my memory I could probably come up with a semi-complete list of just how much i did but nobody would probably be interested.
Even as late as 08 he was still organizing a partial dummy team for TWS, so he certainly didn't stop after 04.

He's been going on total care mode in this tournament prior to this incident too so he would certainly have enough care to pull this off as well.
3) Who was the dummier? Well, considering that the guy was ip'd to the town in Ohio where Cruniac is reciding and the same IP is linked to Cruniac's accounts and Cruniac is also posting to these forums from Ohio, it's most likely Cruniac. However, since OM refuses to give a certain ID for this and Flatline (or someone from Tcox) didn't fess up, I can't be sure about it. Could be that someone really hates Cruniac and wants to see him suffer went through all this trouble to try and stage him?

yes, but we were dummying on hive. Hence the reason hive showed up with 3 players vs tcox and tcox had a full roster.
