need a new cellphone

i have a droid charge so i dont think a new cellphone will have like anything major as far as capability. but ironically the charge has no battery life. also my friends iphone from at&t (so its its like 3g right?) somehow loads internet faster than the 4g droid, so i think it may be the processor.

anyways is this justification enough to buy a new phone. i have a lot of disposable income...

and which phone should i gets???
