Warning- Progressive Car Insurance

I was recently t-boned by a progressive driver. The driver was cited for failure to yield, and did over 4K damage to my car, caused me bodily injury (damaged the disks in my neck/back) and pretty much fucked the last 2 weeks of my life up hard.

The company has yet to even send an adjustor to look at my car, has not even ordered a copy of my police report, and say they are going to contest their drivers liability despite the fact she got a 4 point ticket for failure to yield. She even admitted "I Knew I shouldnt have blindly pulled out like that... I didnt have a good feeling about it". In other words: they have done nothing on the case, but are still going to contest it despite not reading any of the information.

On top of that I am looking at 10K+ in medical bills (depending on the full results of my MRI and other tests) possible neck surgery and rehabilitation.

I strongly warn you to seek insurance other places if you are currently a customer. Even if it is a couple of bucks more I would strongly suggest going to a more respectable company and stay away from these faceless nameless online insurance companies.

Being hit by a progressive driver has already cost me nearly 2000 dollars between car rentals, my deductible on my OWN insurance (since they havent lifted a finger and I cant keep renting a car every day) as well as my deposits at the ER after the accident, and The 2 doctors office deposits I was forced to make. I also imagine they are going to contest my injury, which is why I was at least smart enough to retain a highly regarded injury attorney. I imagine they are also going to try and drag my injury settlement out for a year or two.

Heh. My car got written off about 2 months ago from someone hitting me in the ass at about 60km/h while i was turning into a carpark.
Wiped out my car and the 2 cars next to where i was parking.
Took me 2 months to find a *cruisering* new car .
Buying used cars is just bullshit. The amount of lying pricks and dodgy shit ive seen in the 20-25 cars I looked at before i bought a new car today has been unbelievable.

You are suing her insurance company for damage she is liable. It is like suing her, except she pays a company money to fight the case/ pay the costs if that happens.

I saw u posted that Eye empire video. First of all I got a video of their guitar player taking clint lowerys spot with seven dust for a song or 2 at their show in milwaukee. Secondly: Have you heard that new morgan rose clint lowery stuff? I forget the name but its good.

ive never been in an accident ever (aside two minor fender benders and the fenders didnt even get damaged) and im the most negligible driver ever. ive driven on the highway in the wrong direction (it was pretty cool i had to reverse out at 40-60 mph and turn around). also posted a story a few yrs back where i swerved at a stop light to avoid an 18 wheeler when we were both speeding and ended up careening on to the wrong side of the road and then back into my lane and swerving back into multiple lanes. also once had my car break down on the highway because i was driving on a drained battery but luckily my ex gf was behind me so she was kind enough to not ram me and gave me a boost but it broke down again and had to get towed from louisiana to houston.

tldr; youre doing it wrong.

progressive is the worst... I have a long similar story to Honkey, only it took 10 months to settle and I still ended up way in debt from it even though I was in the right. Don't care to type that much though to describe what happened. Long story short, Don't buy Progressive and beware any progressive driver that hits you because you will be fucked.

DId you use an attorney rode? I was talking to my buddy and his GF in AZ apparetnly came to a settlement with progressive (w/o an attorney) for 12K in medical bills she sustain from one of their drivers. They still have not paid her a year later.

Guitar player is BC Kochmit family member of mine big reason i know of that band and love them, his previous band Switched was really good as well. Youtube - BC Kochmit - Panaphobic it's a guitar solo he did it's amazing "I may be partial in saying it but I honestly feel he's easily one of the top 5 guitar players in the world" he was gonna make a full instrumental cd but sadly his brother brian killed himself and he stopped everything he was doing for a year+. But ya he knows all the sevendust-dark new day guys and played a lot with them. I'll check out the new morgan/clint stuff though wasn't aware of it.

ya Crun... The new morgan clint stuff is pretty good. We were busting a shit ton of jaeger bombs with Cory Lowery when they were in Milwaukee last year. My friend Did some guitar lesson thing with Clint and we got some free tickets. To be honest I mainly went for Eye empire as I have seen sevendust like 15 times.
