Was wondering if anyone had the patch that was used in mwc2k3? Films from that era seem to go oos and patch isnt available in the tain.

which one u need? i was able to get all the way back to 1.3 (i think it was .3) to view some old films

If you can zip up those films and upload them somewhere, I can find out which version(s) you need. There were 3 different updates released in 2003. The latest version of Myth2 should be able to play all films except v1.4.x films without going OOS.

MWC2003 was hosted with the quick fix patch that came after 1.4 I believe.

Yes those films are version 1.4.x
Is there any way to get them to run properly?

Of course. You just need to get the right 1.4.x update to run them. Again, if you or anybody were to upload some I would be able to tell you which specific version. But if you would like to guess on your own, you could find old 1.4.x versions at udogs. It is likely 1.4 or 1.4.1 that you seek. I suggest you don't run the installers to your main Myth folder as it would overwrite some files and cause a mess. Point them to an empty folder and copy your Myth2 "tags" subfolder to that new folder and you got yourself a Myth2 v1.4.x ready for film watching. |
