Trying to get Myth 2 for Mac, but Enc's Mac version is down and the instructions for the multi-part version seem to be wrong (you can't apply the Mac patch to exe files). Also the Mac torrents have no seeds. Can anybody help me?    |

The patches don't affect the EXE. They rename it if there is one. Same for Mac. All you need is the "tags" folder in your Myth II folder. Then run the latest update Mac or Windows and you are complete. |

Hey Pyro,
Let me get your take on this.
I'm in a few modding communities, two of them for legacy games, and we've had to clearly define, at least for ourselves, exactly what we can freely distribute and what we can't. Considering I've never seen a EULA that didn't expressly forbid modifying the executable, I'm curious as to PM's stance on this issue.

I am not really certain what you are asking. If you are talking about the updated executable or patches (or even the demo), there is no problem distributing them to other sites. In fact if you search you will find there are file hosting sites that host the updates. The full game on the other hand is the only thing that can't really be distributed legally.

Are you joking? Visibility? What person who already plays Myth has ever needed the blue bar or site news to know about MWC?
