buying new speakers

Well, I paid 60€, didn't realize they were so expensive. But I see there is a used one for 120$$$

I'm in agreement with Cu here. especially for audio production, i doubt you'll find what you're looking for under 200. but for entertainment purposes, you might find a bargain somewhere... still they are most likely used or have some kind of damage.
