Why do you think Bank OF Ireland is a good buy? its the first bank to get bailed out after the financial troubles of Europe and it already went threw the RS . William Ross the US Investor already invested in %30 in the banks stake and the stock price finally settled down although the volatility is still high . the stock should double . tipple in the next 2 years .
