I apologize if this is directed at me. I never played much ffa back in the day and am still trying to learn the ropes of non-co op. If I seemed gung-ho earlier that's because I was a one man team and was experimenting for myself. As a part of a team I play much more conservatively (except for the honest noob puss mistake that one time; I forgot that ghols automatically throw their stuff).

I like gkg's articles. Intelligent but with gkg's own particular brand of humour.
Saying that I don't mind playing games with the eduluses and such in random rabble games and ffas and stuff. I find the games entertaining and full of luls.
In a team tournament game though I guess i would probably get a little frustrated if they were truly terrible and never read chat and such (if i wanted to win).
I noticed in draft tourney that the funkys ravens and somnuses generally most of the time
(a) Read chat and tried to follow captains or teammates orders when they were given.
(b) If they were unsure what exactly they should do next they quite often asked someone.
Pretty cool I thought as their general fuckups in play were forgiveable and expected but if they were the type to refuse to read chat or follow any orders ever then thats a whole new ball-game.

They followed orders but didn't have a clue otherwise. Saw newmutator's shoutcast of the hverg game of asmo vs gkg for example and funky followed the order to go east, but just stayed there all game with his melee and pus pack doing absolutely nothing all game since they had nothing east. Made me facepalm.
Still I guess they are trying to learn which is great (?)

Interestingly that happened to us as well in Week 2 on Hverg. We had K-size just sitting mid and saying stuff like "can't rush that" when he was being ordered to cross mid and clearly could have won the rush.

I wasn't speaking specifically of our teammates just of a rabble game, but yeah they did some mind blowing things in those games, hopefully they learn
