@ homer : good points. if mike can dodge the law so well and walt knows this then walt would not have chased him down to ask him the identities of the nine other men, walt always acts with some degree of reason and he obviously deduced mike was a potential liability. he may not be as big as a liability as the guy who shot the little kid but he has posed an unsavory element in the equation and still does. walt needs 100% perfection, this is why he spent a week trying to kill a fly because of an 'impurity'. mike's ability of dodging the cops is never 100%. walt is very pretty OP as well as being very intelligent; he can rationalize his decisions very well and find the correct outcome. we all know he killed mike impulsively as he regretted it right after but it was still the gangster thing to do and this shows how walt's environment has gradually transformed him into consuming characteristics of other past characters he despised in order to be the top dog and preserve that status.
with great power comes great responsibility.
@paris : mike already told declan he was out so i dont know wtf youre going on about. also walt doesnt have to worry about declan as of yet as declan is more scared of him since declan used to work for fring who had a reputation and walt had managed to kill.
also mike already ratted before with the 9 guys in prison that he had to still pay off so i dont know where you get mike would never rat or that walt would know with 100% that mike would never rat.

Mike might have already told Delcan he was out, but did you really think the producers of the show were just gunna let Mike "walk off stage" and disappear without a dramatic and final end? give me a break, this is an emmy award nominated and winning series for a reason. Doesn't have to worry about delcan as of yet? Delcan is a completely new player, and already wanted Walt's product off the street. So what if he offers the better product, the greed is still persistent. Remember when Walt introduces himself (and jesse) as "the greatest, no the two greatest meth cooks in the world". Well guess what, he introduced Jesse as having the same capabilities as walt, which jesse already proved in season 4 when Gus takes his revenge against the cartel. Delcan isn't necessarily scared of him, but admires him and also knows to trust no one. The difference is, Delcan has at least three times the amount of cronies as walt, if not more; and if Delcan's organization really covers the ground it claims to, I'm sure that ratio is much higher. |

wtf are you talking about paris. mike said he didnt want to do prison time with his daughter and everything and everyone had been caught so he broke a deal with the nine guys that he would get to break the story to fuzz and then pay them instead of serving time with them.
how the *cruiser* do you think there just happen to be nine guys all in prison that mike owes money too when mike didnt go to prison? he just happened to piss of 9 guys who just happened to all end up in prison inconsequentially?

This is like when you, have conversations on Myth with people and then somehow, they say something like "hey, yeah how's life?" and then a week later you have a list of people who have "agreed to be on your MWC team."
