for the hikers out there, here is a military pro tip: mole skin for the sore spots / blisters on your feet. works wonders
also gold bond powder for your groin for the chaffing from sweating in extreme heat.
so many things...

When I was 15, I got an ear infection and awoke one night to excruciating pain. After about 10 mins of this, my eardrum burst and blood started gushing out of my ear. Seriously felt like someone was shoving a knife through my ear into my brain.

Hearing Bungie being accquired by microsoft when I logged onto bungie.net to play myth. Thought it was just crazy enough to be true, went to Bungie's website and saw to my horror it was a fact.
Honorable mention: Jumping off some thingie slipping in wet grass and landing on my arm with my ass, breaking both bones in my arm at the wrist and having it flop around a bit, before somebody that was jumping off shit with us asked me what was wrong with my arm. It did not hurt for about 5-10 seconds, Untill I LOOKED at it.

the rape was the worst, but yes Earaches are bad especially when they result in explosions.
I once had a head cold, and fever, I entered a plane for a lovely 10 hour flight, I could not get the pressure to release on my skull due to sinus congestion. The result was a compression feeling when we gained altitude, as if a gorilla was standing behind me crushing down on my skull with both of his ape hands. I remember clutching my head thinking I was going to die...my mom was like "whats wrong?" I replied, "ahhhhhughhh my *cruisering* ears. ughhhh" finally 20 mins later, it started to subside, I never got a real release though and ended up with an earache and a miserable 10 hour trip.

Blade clearly made a rookie hiking mistake without broken in shoes.
Muscle cramps suck balls but simply taken care of with hydrations, stretching, and potassium as switch said.
I can see why you are such a pervert enculator, you must have destroyed your penis and now you are constantly trying to prove to yourself that it still works, by trying to have sex with as many woman as possible.

1. Did a superman over the handlebars of my motorcycle while practicing balance wheelies offroad. The bike flipped over backwards and I did a vertical dive straight into the ground. Dislocated my left shoulder and broke my right ACL.
2. Melting snow from the roof of my house refroze later that evening. Slipped on the brick steps, right shoe flew off and over the lawn, landed in the street. I tried to catch my fall with my hands but missed and scraped my forearms from wrist to elbow. Broke my T5 vertebrae while I was at it.
3. Got in a fight with someone's ex-husband and (unknowingly) 2 of his construction workers. One circled around and clocked me on the right ear knocking me down and out for 2 seconds or so, just long enough to get a pointy-toed boot in my right eye and my sacrum busted with a 2x4. I was up and walking the next day but mostly crawled around for the next 2 weeks.
Having your ACL replaced once sucks. I had it replaced twice. Rehabbing it is a motherfucker.

those calf muscle spasms suck. i get them sometimes in the middle of the night and they always wake me up and its just 30 seconds of pure agony and a slight limp the next day. i was playing a pickup game of football a few years ago and some dude got one in the middle of the game...he was just laying on the ground screaming and holding his leg. was kinda funny but seeing that muscle be fully tensed for a solid minute was brutal
most painful individual experience was when i was ~13 and got a new bike for christmas. went riding with my dad and i went over handlebars at the bottom of this big hill and fractured my wrist. first time i broke a bone. the painful part came while we were riding the mile or so back to my house. my dad got too close to me, i think he was trying to help me balance myself since i was riding 1-handed but instead he basically pushed me off my bike into a ditch. when i fell i smacked my fractured wrist on one of those wooden planks people like to line their driveways with, full tomahawk motion style. i've split my face open broken other bones and gotten stitches multiple times since but nothing quite compares to that one

this isn't my story, but my best friend's and (at the time) roommate. we went snowboarding for the first day of the season at Mont Tremblant. It was super low visibility up top and he hit a mogul without seeing it and bailed hard, breaking his collar bone. Not a big deal... we got him hooked up with some T3's and drove back to Ottawa. Turned out to be a really bad break... had to get a metal plate put in with 5 screws on top. About 2 weeks later, he thought it would be a good idea to go ice skating on the Rideau Canal in Ottawa... a few minutes into it, his skate blade got caught in a rut and he went down hard on his shoulder. It was a short walk back to our place, and when we got his shirt off, you could see the metal plate bent at almost 90 degrees and a couple of the screws poking out through the skin. I almost puked. He had to go into to surgery to get it fixed and it's never been the same. I can't speak to the pain, but I'm assuming it was agonizing.
