I was about to post a track I recorded recently but decided against it.
I wrote a pretty decent verse and instead of using that my friend put a shitty freestyle in its place. Kind of bummed. The beat itself was actually made by a Myther.

I have a good condenser mic but can't get it to record directly into my computer even though I have a mixer that should be able to hook up to the RCA inputs...pisses me off to be honest.
My roommate has studio space that I have access too and everything is setup much better there than at my house but I want to get to the point where I can record/produce from my home.

Great to put on and let play for a couple few hours if you are in the mood for beats.

[/quote] The best part about recording on your own is the blessing of patience. you can record over and over and over again until the verse sounds exactly how you want it. thats what happened in invincible, but turtle power was all one take. |
