Since SP originally played My team at a fallback time of 2pm. And NC is an American team as well. Why would the fallback time be set for 1pm for the finals? Is this possible riggin for My Team attendance reasons?

Short answer: Yes.
My team is euro heavy. The finals are going to be long as they always are, and unless you are going for the kind of finals where half of the other team disappears before the end, it's set to be 1 hour prior to the usual fallback.
Same thing was done for 06 and 09, fyi.

why are we setting finals fallback time back an hour every 3 years.
blasphemy
fallback should be at 2 unless you want to just schedule for after 1pm sooner rather than later.

How's 1.30 for you guys then? To clarify: grim doesn't mean 1:30pm but rather v1.3 of m2. My team has been practicing gesture clicking all summer so grim can change patch at last minute and steal another mwc ring. |

maybe for your team 1:30 is basically the same as 2pm start time, but not for Sp. in fact how about 2:30 pm if possible, but 2pm plz (original fall back).
