Like I said before, invent a pretex of why I should let you add him after the deadline is over (instead of just showing up to play as a sub), when he had 8 weeks time to join you. This pretex must also explain why you are allowed to add him while denying others the right to just keep adding players whenever they please after the deadline.

Well we will probably need another sub and they will probably be a 4 baller according to the list. If myrk is a 3 ball sub then I'm fine with adding him as a sub. I predict u would make him 4 ball though. Maybe he is 3 ball though since he hasnt played forever. Would he be 3 or 4 ball sub? Have had few offers for people to sub for us but seems they pretty much all 4 ball dudes so if myrk was 4 ball sub it would make things more complicated. 2nd part of question is i think it should be ok for teams to add players after deadline if that player hasnt actually been registered on any other team during the tourney. Which is the case with myrk. Only other player i can think of not registered on a team is mb CU so perhaps he should be allowed to join a team if he wishes also. Adding players on existing teams etc though should not be allowed perhaps. Which would avoid the being elimmed and added to another team fiasco possibility. Edit again : If myrk is a 3 ball sub then none of this really matters. Seeing as though he hasnt played forever i think that should be the case. Still would be good to have him officially added to the team. Edit again again : At least 2 of the people who have offered to sub for us (dantski, cruniac, maybe paris?) are all 4 ball subs so we couldnt have 1 of those guys+ myrk which is what im talking about in regards to the sub thing. If tcox shows up with only 4 people next week i'd probably get myrk and dantski/cruniac to sub if possible but that would only work if myrk was on team officially or if myrk was a 3 ball sub. Edit Again : I think I answered both those points. |

Ps. You don't need to sign up as a sub for a match in advance, you can just pick up anyone from the list who is online.

When is the match anyway. If it's Saturday after 2 pm est or so, I won't be able to make it so this is all moot.

You could just let him officially join our team as we may need another sub! I don't think anybody on any of the other teams would really mind. I would have posted this before deadline but didnt realize the predicament we are actually in. I'm pretty sure nobody on any team would have objections to let us add one guy  Hell. I might as well even pull a Paris and tell the finalists to pay me 50 dollars and they can add players from eliminated teams. Now that's how you raise together a cash prize. |
