Well now that I look at rules, weigh out possibilities, and look at whats going on:

I really don't know what time is good for you guys or what weekend would be good.
I would aim for 6pm sunday if all is well, that is the only time i can play any kind of computer games this weekend; 4 pm sunday if no one has a match at 4pm (this may be true). If I'm not present, just proceed. I will most likely be working an unable to play. Having 8 players qualified for finals is quite enough of a headache.

There will be 6 maps in the finals. The first two will be 8 start maps. There will then be 4-6 start maps. This will be due to the weird amount of finals qualifiers.

If there is a tie for 6th place, there will be an optional list of 4 5-start map picks. there is no other fair way to break a tie and the potential of 3 finalists tieing in zero points is quite possible.

8 start scoring will go like this:
5-4-3-2-1-0-0-0

6 start scoring will go like this:
5-4-3-2-1-0

5 Start scoring will go like this:
5-4-3-2-1


If people listed could start posting here (or if you see these players online and bring there attention here), it would be great. I have no idea whats good with 'paul' so hopefully he will be present.

If you looked at your rules you would easy chose 6 players. But if you want necessarily to put 2 additional buttbuddies I am ok with it.
Also you could make minimal effort and check fallback and scheduling forum to set good time. 4 pm is r3 vs nc so me and slate cant do it. However 6 pm seems to be good time becouse there is no mwc games at this time and all players are amercia/euro timezone.
Also make some additional effort maybe and choose 8 and 6 players map combo so it can be easier for everyone. Or let someone to do it.
If you let people choose we will play some shitty stampede drowned map.

2 pm is sp vs my team so par,ew and bonce cant play.
4 pm is r3 vs nc co slate and ksiaze cant play.

I doubt anyone can do it before 2 pm, saturdays seems generally to suck for everybody when I read scheduling forum.

I am ok wit 6 pm this sunday or we can reschedule it to next weekend ?

This is how scheduling works: the parties involved post their available times, and if no time can be agreed upon, they fall back on a predetermined compromise.

I just posted my availability. Anyone else?

We can always reschedule it to another weekend, which I think would be better off so Paul could be notified and everyone can show. Let's start listing times for NEXT weekend which are good.

I'm going to propose Friday July 13th (1 week from now) 4pm.

Sunday would be nice; but my preferable/only open time would be most likely later than yours. I will wait until the end of mwc to hold a real deadline. If sunday is the only day open for xmas, how does that look for the other 6 players? What time would be preferable

I am ok with friday 6 pm and Sunday 2 pm-6pm. If we wont play mwc match that time of course.
