Nazis invade america but lose because we have spaceships with nukes. Movie ends with black man and female nazi making a master race while the whole world nukes itself. The end |

realize that India is 4 years behind the rest of the world, homer. he probably just got all of these on bootleg dvd. Lol you do realize that there are quite a few american movies that release in india BEFORE america? I dont know about canada but you're probably staying up till 4am in the night to watch canadian bacon in your isolated shack with a prehistoric cable connection |

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World ~Graphic novels are lame and for nerds. Accordingly, movies that are based on graphic novels are made to appeal to lame nerds. Not surprisingly, these movies suck by the dozens, and are so awful you probably don't even know 2/3's of them exist.
However, this is not one of them.
Michael Cera plays a kid who falls for a new girl in town, and has to defeat her seven evil ex-boyfriends before they can date. The story is simple, paced perfectly, and fun. And it's the little things that really make the movie shine, like Kieran Culkin (wait, Macaulay Culkin has a brother?? ...and he can ACT?!?!!) almost stealing the show as Cera's gay roommate, or the constant throwbacks to 8-bit video games, garage punk music, or other fun campy tropes that most of us remember from our youth.
All in all, a surprisingly light, fun movie. Maybe still a little nerdy, but endearingly so. 5/5

Tron Legacy
I loved the original Tron but wasn't expecting much from this "sequel". The shitty opening narration almost made me drop the movie in the first minute, and the next 20 in the real world were painful: queer father/son relationship, young millionaire breaking into a company he owns to be chased around by a fat security guard...
Once the protagonist entered the computer world I thought things would get better, but it was just a replication of the original Tron with updated graphics, shitty acting, and minus the magic and mystery of the '80s. Thought I could keep watching just for the visuals and soundtrack, but I knew it was time to drop it when the characters sat around a dinner table to discuss boring shit.

Best thing about Tron Legacy was the soundtrack and even that was the usual hans zimmer shlock just remixed by daftpunk
