I would put a small down payment on a investment property and refinance my Mortgage to build credit. Then I would use the rental income to save for another investment property, with interest rates at 4% I'd just keep buying real estate and renting. Then I'd become a slum lord obviously using my wealth extravagantly until I found the error in my ways and live out the plot from "the Super" starring Joe Pesci.
