poker is not a viable career? checking my poker log...ok, so in the last 8 hours of poker, i've made $1800. That means, from this particular sample, I'm currently averaging over $200 hrly. Even with the huge gambling taxes, that is huge for a career. It literally befuddles me how profitable this game is and how so many of my very mathematically intelligent friends with excellent game theory potential just don't get into the sport...
ffs even toots could play poker.

Maybe, shocking as this may seem, those "game theory" friends of yours are more interested in.. say... GAME THEORY, than poker?
I mean, online texas hold 'em is all a good and you can easily make a killing and so on-- but it's not really as stimulating, as say, solving for Nash Equilibrium or doing stochastic calculus.
I should add that top mathematicians might not make $200/hr (more like 75/hr +) but that's not based on semi-random (or rigged) online poker.
The real question, however, is has the online poker career been lucrative rather than just profitable (I'm assuming you're at least breaking even on wins/losses)?
RZA used to do something similar if I recall. He had some program for running dozens or games at once and claimed he was making a living through the process.

Honkey... if you had any idea of what playing against coons bros was like in tws, you would understand. Since you happen to be on the same team as most of those guys in mwc.. I can see where your coming from. Too many egos in one match I suppose. Regardless, as the leader of my team I felt like it my was my job to keep them motivated. And saying I'm a "nice guy but..." is just a smarter way to take a shot at someone. Not good enough it seems.

Rat... Stop.... Taking.... Life..... .so..... seriously. And Stop..... checking....... other teams..... logins..... during matches...... Unless..... paris..... is..... involved.... and you have accused tbc of cheating when i was on them, accused another team I was on for "cheating" in a game we were tied and had a position advantage and were about to insert in to your teams collective anus when the host froze for about 7 seconds and half our team dropped. I will say it has improved though!

Rat you forget about all the Mwc teams I have made that iced your squad... Other than TSS first match I am lifetime undefeated vs any ratking squad. I think you forget about the teams I ran with absolute Monty meth and even myrk that crushed you any time we ever played. Or finishing on top teams my entire myth career, placing higher than you in every Mwc I have ever played through 2 eras of mything. For your level of care I would have offed myself for never achieving one respectable placing or ever being in contention of one Mwc crown.

What teams? What year? Who the *cruiser* do you think your fooling? When have you EVER been a heavy hitter or solid cap for a team? You don't even show for matches consistently. Maybe you did place decently here and there. Granted you ride the coat tails of great players, your not even close to being one of them. Don't get it twisted, I don't think I am either.
