Yes that's right, I want to team with all the current or formal rivals of mine. I want to kiss and make up.

Some of you haven't won an mwc before.
Some of you have but its just been a while.

You each have your reasons for that and I understand that. You are all very talented players.

I'm sure you all like each other just fine. Some of you probably dislike me. Some of you probably don't care for me one way or another.

I propose we set our differences aside in pursuit of mwc victory.

You all can form the group of players of the biggest disparity between high talent/skill and low care of any team ever, and I...well I definitely care but I will just hang around too. Maybe we just need 1 person on the team to care. I can be that guy.



Let's do it. Maybe even a Captain Planet team theme, *cruiser* yea.

I know the next mwc is a long time away but I want to plant this seed in your minds now so maybe any tension between us may subside between now and then. Make love not war.

well most of those players were on 1 team this year, and flat always sucks it up and makes the 5am match times anyway. more reliable than most US players.

That sounds just like the recent draft tournament, or the winter tourney last year, and we all know how those were such great successes. So we are forever changing mwc tradition with the salary cap / draft type team formation. Why don't we just save that for other tournaments like we have always done?

Yeah a pretty great success actually, you and Cruniac seemed to be the only two people who didn't enjoy it. That being said I don't think it would be good to change the format of mwc. A lot of the appeal of mwc that makes people come back is teaming with people they have known for awhile.

err edit: I can't speak for the winter tournament. I wasn't around at all and I can't even find films from the tournament

I was mostly talking about last winter tourney which seemed like an abomination plagued by very sporadic attendance for matches and overall feeling of non-care for competitiveness.

I agree the recent draft tourney was a success in the fact that it hasn't been done before and it did actually happen from start to finish. However probably not something I would consider participating in again, it certainly doesn't measure up to mwc.

I'm sure we can expect more of the same outcomes/sentiment from any future draft/salary cap/attempt at balanced teams type of tournament.
