and you've made that point several times as if it was a public service announcement. it IS a holier than thou attitude if your false sense of self worth compels you to make numerous posts about it. want control over map picks? host your own tournament. i hate most maps as much as the next guy, but i'm not gonna withdraw from a tourney because of it... if that is your attitude, why bother playing myth or even posting in these forums? just sayin' man... suck it up, buttercup.

Dude, I'm just so *cruisering* sick of most of the horrible map picks people make now, which I'm sure is probably because whenever I logged on in the last few months it was usually people like luckylegs hosting a 3 start map with map off. This game had been around for more than a decade and most of us have been playing for as long. I just don't understand why people can think something like jman waltz lmoth is a "good" pick in this day and age. It's the same thing with picks like Raisin Barn this last mwc. NO myther can straight up tell me that, that map is a good pick and be serious. Sure I'm all for variety, it gets pretty boring playing 3v3 kg lmoth all the time, but seriously with how many maps there are and how many times we've all played them, how can you pick a *cruisering* terrible map, we all pretty much know the in's and out's of all the maps, yet people still decide to pick some dumb *cruisering* map for a tourney...

So what maps were retarded that i choose? Well barrens sucks balls and i fail to see why it is a staple pick for most 2t tourneys. IT has literally zero room for any real type of strat/trade deviation apart from what most caps usually do. Part of this is that it's basically 2xvenice units which sucks balls for exactly the same reasons. Some people may like barrens but i personally hate it. Rest of the picks were fine. |
